Retail Inventory for Milk Distribution

This software efficiently handles billing, price variations in cow and buffalo milk, and employee payroll with expense logging — all integrated in a lightweight, animated VB.NET application.

The Challenge

Manual tracking of customer orders, milk pricing, billing, and employee management led to errors, inefficiencies, and lack of transparency in daily operations at the milk shop.

Our Solution

Developed a desktop-based inventory and billing solution using VB.NET with MS Access backend and Crystal Reports. The system manages customer billing, daily milk quantity tracking (cow and buffalo), expense logging, and salary management.

The Results

Significantly reduced human errors in billing, streamlined expense and salary tracking, and improved day-to-day operations. The system also provided quick reporting using Crystal Reports for decision making.
