Option 1: Zero-Cost Internship

Eligibility: Submission of 10th or +2 educational certificates
Duration: 3 months internship + 1 year work commitment
Training Fee: No fee during internship
Stipend: No stipend during internship
Salary: INR 8,000/month after training (all inclusive)
Breach Policy: INR 30,000 as training compensation
Benefits: Performance-based salary revision as per company policies
Documentation: Offer letter and experience letter upon completion
