One-off project work, additional licences, and hardware procurement are quoted separately and always need your sign-off before we proceed.
How does the SLA work if you miss it?
SLA breaches trigger automatic service credits applied to your next invoice — no claims process required. Credit amounts are defined per tier in the contract (typically 5–15% of monthly fee per breach event). Repeated breaches in a quarter trigger an escalation review with our leadership team.
We already have an internal IT team. Does this still work?
Yes — our Co-Managed IT model is specifically designed for this. We work alongside your team, filling gaps in coverage (after-hours, weekends, specialist skills), providing tooling your team accesses, and handling overflow tickets. Your team leads strategy; we provide execution depth.
How long does onboarding take?
Standard onboarding is 4 weeks. Complex multi-site or hybrid OT/IT environments may take 6–8 weeks. During onboarding, your existing support continues without disruption — we shadow and learn before taking over. Emergency fast-track onboarding in 10 business days is available for urgent transitions.
Can we exit the contract? What happens to our data?
Yes. 30-day written notice triggers a fully managed Reverse KT process at no cost. All documentation, credentials, and runbooks are handed over. All THANASI agents and monitoring tools are cleanly removed. Data you own stays yours — we have no retention claim on client data after contract end.
Do you handle vendor management and licence renewals?
Yes, as part of Fully Managed IT. We track all software licences, hardware warranties, and vendor contracts, alert you 90 days before expiry, run renewal negotiations on your behalf, and recommend consolidation or switches where we can save cost. You make the final call; we do the legwork.
How do you handle cybersecurity incidents?
Our SOC team responds to security incidents as P1 — highest priority. Containment within 15 minutes, investigation and eradication within 4 hours for most incidents. Full forensic analysis, incident report, and regulatory notification support (GDPR, HIPAA) are included. Clients are notified before, not after, containment steps are taken.
Do you offer sub-contract white-label arrangements for IT agencies?
